Indoor Cycling

You’ll experience the new way to indoor cycle on Keiser M3 bikes. The M3 will change the way you think about indoor cycling. These bikes are whisper quiet, stable and easy to use. We’re also the first facility in Ohio to offer these bikes.

For the cardio end of your workout, we chose Star Trac’s E Series of equipment. Innovation has led Star Trac into entertaining territory with the E Series; designed to entertain as much as it makes you sweat. The E Series offers the most complete entertainment options on the market. From its integrated iPod® connectivity and high definition 15” screens, the E Series is wired in every way.

We provide all the equipment you need to complete your workout, from jump stretch bands and agility equipment to a full array of dumbells (from 5 to 155 pounds) We also have body bars, Bosu Balls, medicine balls, weighted bars, yoga bands, steps with risers and more!
